This release adds a new highly requested feature: collection spawning! A new factory component "collectionfactory" allows you to dynamically spawn copies of a complete game object hierarchy from a collection file prototype. See the new API documentation how to use the component.
Bundling on Android now includes release or debug mode dmengine executables in the bundle depending on the "Release mode" checkbox in the editor. Previously dmengine was always in release mode. Debug mode executables writes console output to the system log, which is very useful. See the Android development documentation for details.
Support for iPhone 6/6 plus splash images and icons has been added. See below for notes.
Please make sure you add new splash screen sizes for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. If the project does not contain those, the game will run in “compatibility mode” and the resolution will be up-scaled.
